Pasta and Smoked Salmon
Preparation time: 1 hour. Serves 1.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. horse radish
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 lb. smoked salmon, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare a double boiler over hot water.
Chop all ingredients (except salmon) together in a blender. Transfer to double-boiler. Blend in smoked salmon.
Pour over cooked pasta.
